Hey guys I am back!!
I know its a long time n Now I'm back!! π
Fitness –it’s the most important aspect
of everbody’s life.Everyone likes to look good n be fit.But we need to take a bit
of effort for that n that is Workout!! You read it right my friend WORKOUT n
trust me guys it’s a bit pain in ass in the start but then you will start
loving it!!
If you don’t have sufficient time for gyming then you can
always workout at home according to your comfort like I use to do by watching Youtube
videos bt see to it that you do it in a right way!(Trust me guys youtube is a solution
for almost everything!!) But I was not so consistant so I didn’t got great
results bt yeah I managed to lose 2 kilos then I got busy with my boards n all
so then I stopped working out!!
In my workout I use to do –
1)10 mins cardio (walk)
2)Cycling for 10mins/air cycling for 3-4mins
3)wall sits till I end up brushing
4)crunches (2sets of 10 reps)
5)Plank (for 1min)
As I use to workout in between my studies because I had a
super early morning school n a really hectic schedule !! But I don’t recommend the
above workout to anyone coz that was according to my comfort under nobody's guidance haan sometimes my momπ!!So you can browse through the videos on Youtube
n then get started at home or join
gym!! N yeah I use to watch videos on
glamrs.com n theywere kind of good n simple !! And now I have enrolled in gym N
Its been 3 weeks now I have been going to gym consistanty finally!!
In the first few days you will not like gym n feel its tiring bt NO!! My friend don’t
even think to quit because firstly your body is not use to such movements n
workout so it will pain during first few days bt then your body will be use to
it!!
N then you’ll start loving gym!!
N also 3 days of workout in a week is more than enough!! So no
worries guys!!
You don’t have to go to gym daily!!π
Now I have started loving gym!!π
Believe me guys there’s no other happiness than losing some
kilos
N that glow which automatically comes on your face!! Once you
join the gym you will never feel to leave it!!
So guys this was
it what I wanted to share with you guys N guys plz don’t just read but also
think about it because FITNESS is more important than any damn thing in this
world!!
